Terms and Conditions

The site is designed exclusively for the use of companies that provide relevant services to the Oil and Gas industry. We reserve the right to reject proposed sites that are not directly involved in providing such a service.

All prices quoted are for placement on one page for 5 years. If you want to publish on more than one page the cost will be per page.

The minimum size is 8 squares, 2 vertical x 4 horizontal and the maximum purchase is whatever is left. There are 100 pixels per square.
The area will be charged at £30 per square. (Thirty UK pounds).

When you pay for pixels you will not 'own' any part of the page or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the page and space you have chosen for a period of 5 years.

You cannot change the image or link once it has been submitted. You must be sure of the image & link you want on the page, which will be there for at least 5 years. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/link, eg. your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.

If your image and link are accepted and published on the page, you cannot get a refund
The site and page will be online for at least 5 years.

No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate for this site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels.

If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed. There will be no refund and the space will become publicly available again.

If at a future date the link you provide becomes inactive you will have 30 days to provide a new link. If no link is provided your image will be removed from the site. There will be no refund and the space will become publicly available again.

If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the page, you can do so. There will be no refund and the space will become publicly available again.

Images must be the exact size you have paid for (each square is 10x10 pixels or 100 pixels)
Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size
Animated images will NOT be accepted
Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your image/s go live on the page

Your site will be repositioned by a maximum of one square left, right, up or down if the position you have chosen leaves an odd number of blank squares between your site and the nearest site or between your site and the edge of the page.

For effective advertising of your business it is advisable that you choose a page for the area that your business is located. i.e. if your in the UK have it on the UK site. If in Lafayette use the Gulf of Mexico site. If you are an International company use the Global site. In the end it is your choice. If you have business in mulitple locations you can have a placement on multiple sites. e.g. if you have a business in Aberdeen and Lafayette you can choose a placement on either or both sites. The price and minimum size quoted is per site.
