Terms and Conditions - Events
This page is reserved exclusively for the advertising of Conferences, Shows and Events organised for the Oil and Gas industry. We reserve the right to reject ANY proposed sites that we deem are not involved in providing such a service.
An area of 5 x 5 squares is granted free of charge to qualifying sites.
If you require an area bigger than 5 x 5 squares the additional area will be charged at $100 (one hundred US dollars) per square. Minimum size that can be purchased is 5 squares (5 x 1). Maximum that can be purchased is whatever is left.
All prices quoted are for placement of an image/logo on this page linked to your site until the last day of the show with a maximum term of two years.
When placement is accepted you will not 'own' any part of the page or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the page and space until the last day of the show with a maximum term of two years.
You cannot change the image or link once it has been submitted. You must be sure of the image & link you want on the page. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/link.
If your image and link are accepted and published on the page, you cannot get a refund.
No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate for this site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and if your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed. There will be no refund and the space will become publicly available again.
If at a future date the link you provide becomes inactive you will have 30 days to provide a new link. If no link is provided your image will be removed from the site. There will be no refund and the space will become publicly available again.
If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the page, you can do so. There will be no refund and the space will become publicly available again. - Images submitted must be 5 x 5 squares or the exact size you have paid for additional space.
- Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size
- Animated images will NOT be accepted
- Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
- You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
- Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your image/s go live on the page
Your site will be repositioned by a maximum of one square left, right, up or down if the position you have chosen leaves an odd number of blank squares between your site and the nearest site or between your site and the edge of the page.
